Roope Kakko held a two shot lead

Roope Kakko held a two shot lead midway through the third round of the Doubletree by Hilton Acaya Open after playing his first nine holes in level par.
The Finn started with a birdie at the first but bogeyed the eighth to remain on four under par for the tournament, two clear of a group of six players which included overnight co-leaders Raymond Russell of Scotland and American Peter Uihlein.
The pair were both two over for their round at the halfway point, and sat alongside another Finn, Mikko Korhonen, Frenchmen Anthony Snobeck and Alex Kaleka and Norway’s Espen Kofstad.
