Rory McIlroy lies one shot behind leaders Rickie Fowler and YE Yang after the first round of the Korea Open.
The US Open champion from Holywood, who finished third in the event in 2009, carded a three-under-par-68 in Cheonan.
McIlroy made a good start with birdies at one, five and eight but a bogey at 10 was followed by a double-bogey six at the 11th.
The world number three rallied and picked up shots at 12, 14, 15 and 17 before bogeying the 18th.
